The Academy
The Northman Football Academy is NOT a replacement for local club teams.
It is a supplemental program for serious players who are committed to both their club and their personal development.
Our program is built on the principles of discipline, hard work, and continuous improvement.
We believe that by combining a structured training schedule with direct mentorship from US coaches, we can bridge the gap between European and North American football standards.
Our program is designed for players aged 13-17 and operates on a monthly basis, built around a year-long curriculum which includes:
Monthly Camps - Players will attend one training camp per month. Locations to be announced
Skill and Position-Specific Training - We offer a high-level focus on both individual skills and team concepts, providing players with the technical and tactical knowledge needed to succeed.
Strength, Speed, and Conditioning - Each player will receive a comprehensive, personalised strength, speed, and conditioning program to be completed outside of the monthly camps. This program is designed to build the athletic foundation necessary for high-level play.
Virtual Coaching and Mentorship - Players will have monthly digital meetings with US high school and college coaches. This provides invaluable access to coaching expertise and direct mentorship, offering insights into what it takes to play at the next level.
Digital Team Meetings - We will use online platforms for regular team meetings, film review, and play installation to keep players engaged and learning throughout the year.
Player Requirements
Membership in the Northman Football Academy is only for serious and committed players.
All players must be a member of a local club team and must continue to attend all there club practices in addition to the Academy monthly camps.
The program demands a high level of dedication and discipline.
Cost and Registration
The cost of the Northman Football Academy is €50 Euros per month.
This fee includes:
- Admission to all monthly camps.
- Personalised strength, speed, and conditioning program.
- Monthly digital meetings with US coaches.
- Access to all Northman events, including player development camps, and passing academies.
